About AHA
Alliance Health Authority was established to enrich the family dynamic, build community relationships and empower individuals to control their Mental health narrative. after working for over 20 years in Mental and behavioral Health. I witnessed the ongoing need for programming designed to explore the need for Mental health Resources, Wellness advocacy and solution focused support to help align and build communication, address trauma related mental health and build necessary supports for wellness advocacy.
This approach is AHA'S way of bridging gaps seen in the community and bringing a distinctive and personalized approach to Individual Health, overall wellness and community resources.

Case managers streamline in person and virtual social service support and resources for individuals, employees and the underserved community through need assessments , risk management and referral based advocacy. We facilitate and manage wellness programs, provide grief care and non medical counseling services for companies and individuals.
group Support
Group support is offered on various subject matters to help build support around complex conversations and issues. We provide a safe space for problem solving and supportive dialogue. Our groups are lead both in person and online for convenience. We can design a group that is unique to your needs or include your subject matter into a current group we offer.
Mental Health Assessments
Our clinicians provide a comprehensive assessment that allows for referrals to outpatient care and resources for individuals and companies seeking resources for their employees through a wellness program.

Careers at Alliance
Home Based Supervised Visit Facilitators
provide many different Home Based services for families involved with DCS/Choices, probation, and adoptive families at risk or in crisis. They provide a variety of goal-directed services to help assist the family in reunification or adoption.
Some Job Duties entail( This List is not exhaustive)
- Parent education/training
- Coordination of services
- Facilitate transportation
- Skills training
- Supervised visitation
- Monitor the progress of the parent
- Develop long and short-term goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related human service field from an accredited college.
- Other Bachelor's degrees will be accepted with at least five years of experience working directly with families in the welfare system.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to use a private car to transport self and others.
- Must comply with the state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage.
- **High School Diploma Accepted for some positions with related experience
